                        In the absence of the implementation of CCS Pension rule 1972 to the employees who have joined earlier to 1.1.2004, at present the retired employees of NVS are facing many problems in day to day life. It is requested to introduce the same including the employees who are already retired, by taking back the management  share of CPF amount.
                        After putting utmost effiecient day and night service during the service period at NVS.  Teachers have to move out with three to four lakhs of management share of NVS. Sir is it possible to lead a normal respectable life during these hard and old age days. Please think of the hardships of the retired employees. 
                       Nowadays the market rates are going to higher and higher levels. So I request to consider the facts on humanitarian grounds and introduce the CCS Pension rule 1972 (OLD Pension Scheme to employees who have joined earlier to 1.1.2004, including the empoyees who have already retired from the NVS services).
                       The Parliamentary commiittees have recommended for the same many a times. But so far it is not implemented. Even the employees of NVS have requested plenty of time in this regard. So now I hope you will consider the same faourably.
