Sir/Madam,

I am to refer to the letter No. .21-27/2009-DAF dated 22^nd June, 2010 received from the Director, Dr. Ambedkar Foundation(Copy enclosed), in which, he has informed that SC/ST students will get a scholarship for their meritorious performance  at Class XII Board Examination.  One student from JNV, Kuchman City, Nagaur, Rajasthan got a Merit Award of Rs.40,000/-  from Dr. Ambedkar Foundation.

I would request that consolidate region-wise best performance of SC/ST students, 5 in each stream and send the details to the following address:

          I am to express thanks on behalf of Kum. Chhaya Kanwar from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kuchaman City, Nagaur, Rajasthan, who got merit scholarship for an amount of Rs.40,000/- from Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, New Delhi.  While I am going through your letter, I am to inform that the number of students of  SC/ST, who are excellent/best performance in Science, Maths, Commerce and Humanities may also be considered for scholarship.  

          I am requesting the Deputy Commissioners of all the regions of the Samiti to send the names of SC/ST students, who got best performance in class XII Board Examination for the year 2010 so that these students will also get scholarship for their further education.
