 NOTIFICATION

            In compliance of the Samiti’s letter dated 11.4.2011, a counseling was held at JNV Ratibad, in the month of May, 2011.  Based on the options exercised by the  teachers/staff, transfer order, on their request, was issued vide Samiti’s letter dated 22.6.2011.  However, some of the teachers and staff members after receiving the said transfer order have submitted their representation/application with the request to cancel their transfer and allow them to continue at their present place of posting.

            This matter was considered by the Competent Authority.  It has been decided to cancel  the transfer order only in those cases where the previous station is found vacant, subject to the condition that the teachers/staff concerned shall be banned from attending  counseling or requesting for the transfer for  the next 3 years i.e. 2012, 2013 & 2014.

            Teachers and staff members who desire to request for cancellation of their request transfer on the afore mentioned conditions,  may submit their request application afresh.
