NOTIFICATION

            In exercise of power conferred under Rule 24 of the Rules of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, the Eutive Committee of the Samiti at its meeting held on 28th June, 2006 has approved that Principals of Navodaya Vidyalayas, shall exercise the powers of Disciplinary Authority to institute disciplinary proceedings under C.C.S. (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules 1965 in respect of LDC/Store-Keeper, Cook, Driver, Laboratory Attendant and Electrician - cum - Plumber posted in their own Vidyalaya.

            The present procedure of approval of the proceedings of the selection committee for appointment to these posts by the Regional Offices, wherever required, will however continue.
