Samiti as on 04.11.2011.

Sir /Madam,

          The draft seniority list of the Principals (having 598 names) borne on the strength of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti as on 04.11.2011, is enclosed herewith, for invitng objections / corrections, if any, and for its circulation among Vidyalayas under your control.

          Some entries against date of joining in the draft seniority list,  are blank.  It is requested to intimate the date of joining of these Principals, mentioning seniority number and name of the Principal concerned.  Apart from this, all the entries e.g. category, quota in which the officer has been recruited, i.e. Direct (DR) or Promotion (PR) and place of posting etc. are  required to be examined with reference to the records available with you.

          It is requested to submit the objections / corrections, if any, latest by 05.12.2011, in a consolidated manner in respect to the whole region, so as to enable us to issue final seniority list of Principal’s cadre.
