SubTraining Calendar for the year 2012-13.

 

Sir/Madam,

 

          The Annual Training Calendar of the Samiti for the year 2012-13 has been prepared and a copy is enclosed for your ready reference.

 

In this regard, following points may please be noted:-

 

1.                 Nominations for specialized training programmes included in Part-A would be made by Training Wing at NVS HQrs. All eligible employees willing to attend any of these training programmes may send their willingness in the enclosed proforma to NVS HQrs. and RO concerned.

 

2.                 Participation in Specialised Training Programmes as included in Part-A would be compulsory for all nominated officers. In case, a nominated officer does not participate without prior authorization, the proportionate training cost would be recovered from him.

 

3.                 Nomination for training programme included in Part B would be made by RO concerned. Nominations in this regard would be submitted to concern NLI by the Regional Offices directly in the enclosed proforma.

 

4.                 Training programmes in Part – C would be organized by Regional Offices. Nomination of participants for these programmes may be made in consultation with Principals of the Vidyalayas.

 

5.                 Nominated officers must report at the venue of training well in advance and complete the entire programme.

 

 

All training programmes may be organized as per this Training Calendar. Any change in the schedule of any programme may be made only with prior approval of Training Wing at NVS, HQrs.

Note :

1.      The Training schedule must be followed scrupulously.

2.      List of participants should be conveyed to NLI well in advance (at least one month before pre-planned courses).

3.      The impact of training & training needs should be collected from JNVs during the visit of DC/AC & conveyed to NLI.

4.      The absentees from course should be dealt strictly.

5.      To provide resource person promptly from RO / JNVs to NLIs.

6.      Same teacher should not be deputed repeatedly for common courses in the same session.

7.      The instructions for participants issued from NLI should be conveyed to them by RO well in advance.

8.      In spite of deputing teacher again & again for training in content enrichment due to their low result, appropriate action should be initiated against them.

9.      The Director NLI may also be deputed in panel Inspection when they have no training to understand the training needs and to evaluate the impact of training at work place.

10.  Trainees should not report at NLIs along with their spouses and children as no accommodation & other arrangements for their family members are available at NLI additionally.
